Very worst app. They don't have minimum ethics to take care of their clients on top of it since 1 week. You're just cancelling my appointment for no reason. Every time they have only one reason saying that beautician is facing a problem at her home with a health issue. Only one answer the Beautician is facing a health issue. But they even promise me. They'll give me a free services. 40% discount services. But they haven't given anything on top of it. They have no ethics to talk to their clients. They are very rude on the calls and every. Customer care person says only one thing that they'll take care of it. But they don't have minimum common sense to run a salon. And they cannot make happy customer. This was a gift for my in laws But these people have ruined it saying that I will take care of it. Give us a last chance but every time they said same problem Trusting their words. I've booked it again and again. The rescheduled it 8 times i'm asking for the last time again and again I have book it before 4 days. I've booked it again. Same answer.i m tired of this

Seema Sagar from Yes Madam did a fantastic job as a makeup artist for my mother. The makeup was soft, dewy, and natural-looking--not cakey at all. I Booked this service for vax , cleanup and pedicure. The worst service ever in my life .. do not go with these app book urban or any other services out their or go to salon .. total waste of time, and very very bad experience with vaxing .. the person who came was not professional , she does not know how to give service to the customer. first train them don't just send them to the customers for wasting their valuable time and money.. It just useless, i had no idea why i booked this service, Dear people never ever go with this yes madam app ,it's very disapoting

Yes madam is a scammer one should never book appointments from them. Poor services, unprofessional behaviour is common. They also cheat you for money. They made me twice to pay for services, one through prepaid online booking and later through the service provider by giving the excuse that their application is not working. Despite of multiple follow ups that are not returning my dual payment not taking ownership. They are fraud

I had a very disappointing experience with the O3 facial service booked through Yes Madam. The session was supposed to last 70 minutes, but the professional finished it in just 45 minutes, stating that the facial doesn't include massage and uses minimal product--which was never communicated at the time of booking. What's more frustrating is that this is not the first time I've faced such an issue. A similar experience happened 8 months ago with a 5-star rated professional. After raising a complaint back then, I had started receiving more experienced service providers. Sadly, this recent appointment shows the same problem has returned. To add to the frustration, I've been trying to reach customer support for over 30 minutes, but no one answered the call. Spending money and time on such inconsistent, rushed services and receiving no support from the brand is extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the Yes Madam team takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and customer care responsiveness.

I am very disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical behaviour done by staff of yes madam. I booked an appointment on 15.02.2025 for saree draping and basic hairstyling for next day as i have to attend marriage in Noida. I also called and reconfirmed about the date and timings so that there will be no confusion . I also told him that in past my booking cancelled without informing me , he assured me that it will not happen this time. On 16.02.2025 i called the allotted staff and reconfirmed if she is coming or not. She also confirmed confidentiality that she will be on time i.e 5:30 pm at my residence in Yamuna Apartment in south Delhi nearby Alaknanda market . Then I called her around 5:20 to know her where about but she didn't picked my call then again i called customer care, the lady told me that due to some urgency she is unable to reach you and we are unable to arrange other staff , my anger burst out after knowing all this as I have to rush in one hour to attend my relative marriage. Then i got call 2 times that you can take services on next day or you will get 50 pct discount on next appointment. I cant express my feeling at that time , was so angry . I am very disappointed by this act and will never ever recommended any one to take service from yes madam app. Please sensitise your staff to value customer time and feelings.

Wanted to share my feedback on my recent booking with Yesmadam. Booking ID: YDVXBJA0X It was my first booking and first experience with yesmadam, just 20 minutes before my booking I got a call that the service provider is not having product and we will have to reschedule my booking. I asked for same day and the slots were not available. They assured me that for the rescheduled date and time the service provider will come and I will get 25% discount as a refund on the wallet. I told him that I will confirm in 10 mins. I called the customer care again after 10 mins to confirm the reschedule date and time and now another representative picked the phone and he was giving me only 10% refund. I prefer cancelling my booking as you guys are not sticking to your words then how you will provide service to your customer.
