Me and my friends had a deeply disappointing experience at Keinchi Salon. Although the lady at the reception was welcoming and she entertained us even though we were an hour late for our appointment. But unfortunately the service provided was below expectations. I got a haircut done and I was not at all satisfied with my final look and my hair dresser hardly managed to give me the cut I had requested. Received unnecessary gyan on the quality of my hair though which was very off putting. Nonetheless while he was giving me a hairut, his other collegues kept bothering him with questions since they did not seem to be trained or are under training and kept on asking him what should I do now again and again. This made it clear that tbe staff is not professionally trained yet. My friends had also booked a simple service for a pedicure as well, but it was executed very poorly as the staff wandered away in between service to attend to other customers thus delaying their service way too much as well. We even gave a feedback there but they were dismissive and uninterested to hear us. Instead of any effort to address or correct the issue, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in paying attention to their clients. It's extremely frustrating to spend both time and money only to walk away feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. A business that treats customers this way and fails to train its team properly is not one I can recommend. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. There is scope of improvement and feedbacks should be taken positively.

Not satisfactory as per rates. I opted this as heard many times about it but even after appointment for pedicure i was served by a person not professional in massage and pedicure. There couch and setup for pedicure has the massage rollers inbuilt but was not working. The attitude of the receptionist was too high and they ignored the feedback provided. All in all basic service at very high cost.

Pathetic Service and pathetic attitude of the owner..no standardization in service .My friend and me went for pedicure, while one guy gave service of 45 mins, the other one wrapped the service in 25 mins.. extreme disappointment. My reply to your post : point no 1: We were an hour late, and if you were too busy you could have told that you wnt be able to render services. If I am not wrong ,the one who was wearing a white shirt was the owner, you left as soon as the mess started . Okay perhaps, my friend even heard you saying that don't give them extra discounts . We went for a good time not for discounts, if that's what you think, you need change to your mentality. Anyways , I am not here to work on that I took pedicure services, while one of your guy named Imran did a fabulous job, your other guy which was doing mine was busy with too many people at a time. He hardly gave the pedicure services for 25 mins that too in bits and pieces..first it took ten mins for the hot water to arrive..he asked me to dip me legs and then he left for an indefinite period..then he came and started rubbing my feet with some appliance..2 mins and again he vanished..then again he came applied something and left to attend some other customer, and the. Again he came ..gave me massage services for 5 mins and he started doing my nails and then only I mentioned that while I could see my other friend is getting a good service , u are doing a below average job with me..after me saying ur wife ( the lady at the counter) she came and said sorry Ma'am and she agreed..post that ur guy gave me a massage service of 5-7 mins and then it was over, such was my experience.. Fourth my friend didn't like the haircut, I mentioned that to the lady at counter.. if you want she will drop a feedback too.. Lastly get your washroom repaired and your thought process too. All the best..am in no mood to visit your salon or discuss anything with you..

Extremely incompetent staff. I went to get fringes and the person chopped my hair dry from the front and today i have such a bad cut that i have to bear till it grows back. If you don't know something don't experiment because you get your money and that's all but the other person has to live with it. Believe me I am a regular n i had my worst experience this time.

Outstanding behaviour of the whole staff, especially, Arif, one of their senior hair stylist..extremely welcoming, courteous staff along with great services..zero compromise on customer's satisfaction and the quality is par excellence, highly recommended!!

I booked party makeup for my mom for 3 different events here and I must say, the service is both satisfactory and worthy of compliments. The hair and makeup were unique for all the events and as per the taste that we wanted. Special shoutout to our stylist Shweta who is super talented and made my mom look absolutely gorgeous! She also listened to what my mom wanted for her styles and delivered outstanding results.
