I took the hyped Biotin treatment and got my nail extension done a week back at Looks Salon and my experience has been terrible. Biotin treatment: I took appointment a day before after a detailed discussion with Nauman and booked a slot of 11 am. He showed up at 12:45 and had no regrets. After that, his entire focus was on selling the 1 year membership to me. Regarding the treatment, he assured that this will at least last 3-4 months and even showed hair of one of the staff who had done biotin treatment a year back and her hair still looked straight so i got impressed. To give some background, I have shoulder length wavy hair and i have gotten kera-smoothening done twice before from different salons. My previous experience has been great. But this time, after paying 12K, my hair is back to its normal texture just after 2 washes (I am using the recommended MK products). I am highly disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Also, if you have no choice, ask for services from anyone other than Nauman. Nails Extension: I got services from Ritika and found her very polite. However, i had told her that I have to attend a function on 26th April and am looking for something that will last for 2-3 weeks at least. she recommended me Acrylic nails. And to my surprise, it has started chipping off just in a week. I have taken an appointment to get it removed today. I would have appreciated if she would asked me to get it done 2-3 days before the functions. Overall, equally bad experience with nails as well. Reception: When i entered, I asked if there are any offers running and was offered a coupon which would give 1000 rs off on service worth 3000 or more. I checked if it can be availed same day and was told that it is possible. So, since the hair guy Nauman was late and I had time to get my nails done, I went ahead with Nails, pedicure and other services. But at the time of billing, another guy appeared and told that this coupon is applicable on next visit. So, i paid in full, around 15000+ rs to this Salon which was total waste as my hair is back to normal and i have to get the nails extensions removed as well. In summary, this has been my worst Salon experience and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

I recently visited Looks Salon at Spectrum Mall for a keratin treatment, and I was thoroughly impressed! Shubham, the hairstylist, and Rahul, who assisted him, were incredibly humble, helpful, and professional. Their expertise and attention to detail resulted in a fantastic treatment that left my hair smooth looking fabulous. Special mention to Pragya, who managed my appointments with utmost care and courtesy over the past month. Her sweet and patient demeanor made all the difference. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! My goto salon for all needs. Got nail art done today from Ritika. She is amazing and experienced . She made me feel so comfortable. Will come back to her again

I've been getting my haircuts from Abbas for the past 1.5 years, and he never disappoints! The service is consistently excellent, and the ambience of the place is amazing--relaxing, clean, and welcoming. Abbas always delivers exactly what I'm looking for. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for a barber who truly knows what he's doing.

I have been going to looks since more than a year specially for nails and hair. I would really like to appreciate Ritika's nail art , she does her work with dedication and creativity, she likes to try new art everytime . Would highly recommend her.

Very bad service . only ambiance is good. they took 177 for eyebrow and upper lips (using thread only) . still my eyebrow looks like without shape . outside of this mall lots of looks saloon they charge decent prize and provide satisfactory service. i just want to tell management if you charge amount pls make sure customer should happy with service.

Pedicure fiasco. Took an appointment for Rahul which was confirmed. I reached there and the pedicure process was started on by another guy. I was told that Rahul would shortly start it. But Rahul is an Oversmart guy who denied that he was told about the appointment. He walked upto me and tried telling me to get the job done by another person. The poor manager quietly had to become answerable to the entire situation while Rahul slyly went and continued his hair related work. Too Oversmart for a staff member. Won't recommend anyone. Disappointed and disastrous behaviour.
