I recently had a facial (Hydra Facial) at Q3 by Aarti Ma'am, and happier with the experience, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The esthetician took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment accordingly (Hydra facial). The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and thorough--my skin felt clean, refreshed, and glowing afterward. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed throughout the session. They even gave me tips on post-facial skincare, which I really appreciated. Got my nails done yesterday from them. It's the next day and already my nails are breaking. They charged quite a big amount but didn't do the perfect job. Also the girl Simran who did my nails was very unprofessional . She was speaking very loudly and was flirting with other employees. Really weird and unprofessional . Have uploaded images also

Got my gel nails done recently and I'm absolutely in love with the results! The finish is smooth, glossy. A big shoutout to the nail tech, Lalit -- he was super professional, paid great attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Unprofessional. I had booked an appointment for Manicure, pedicure and Nails extensions. While getting the manicure done, they took another client for nail extensions even after the booking was done well in advance. Just one person to do the job, couldn't allocate the time and wasted mine getting half of my work done. Disappointed! The pedicurist however did a good job, hence giving 2 stars.
