Experience was okay.... Not too good waxing was good facial was okay but pedicure manicure was worst in every way wastage of money to done by shine been salon

Very polite and excellent service. She did the work patiently and I really loved the beautician work .

The beautician was supposed to confirm whether or not she will be able to come for my appointment because of bad weather (which was quite fine for over 2 hours now). However, I received no call. Also, when I was checking for the reviews, then I saw that the beautician who was assigned to me has also rated and reviewed the website. So I don't how many more of such fake ratings and reviews would be in here. Can't trust their authenticity!!

Inspite of telling the beautician to do the threading after facial because of the irritations of the products used she did it before the facial. Secondly she didnt do the threading carefully hair patches were still left. I also told her that the light is low inside the room lets do it outside she said she can clearly see every details (and still hair patches were left which i had to remove it from my own).
