I didn't not get any service because the hair expert namely Shoaib Malik was saying if I didn't get keratin or protein other other than smoothening then don't blame him. I also said that I was going through thyroid medication instead he was questioning that then why I want smoothening. That person is very ill- mannered. Besides I also complained to the customer service and send email too but no response has been given so far. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely horrible service. Beautician assigned messaged me at 2:45 to change my booking of 4:00 clock to next day. Called customer care girl named Jhanvi, who was beyond obnoxious and least manners to talk to any customer. She put me on hold thinking she had disconnected my call but unfortunately while I was still on hold she went about doing her things without solving my problem. Won't recommend them at all.

Experience was not at all satisfying. Machine wasn't working. She dipped my feet in cold water only. She has not even removed my nailpolish which is a first step. Major blunder she skipped a very soothing and relaxing spa step which is gel. I will never buy service from here. No value for money at all.

The service was fantastic! I recently tried the Swagmee Cherly's Glo Vite Facial and must say that it is quite great. Not only because of the excellent product they employed but also because of the facial techniques the beautician was using. They know how to execute their job well. I'm planning to book another service in the near future and recommend you to try it too. It's really good.

So for all those who are looking for a trustworthy salon for yourselves, I would highly recommend this place to you. Their employees are very caring and professional in their work. Very bad customer service, I booked pedicure and shaving for my father in law who is old. Since sunday there assigned person Vishal is saying that will come but after that he doesn't answers the call and also the number mentioned on website in unresponsive. These people don't have humanity, they just keep on making fool that will come and don't even care to call there customer for any delay.
