I'm highly disappointed with the lack of transparency in your pricing. During my recent purchase, I was shocked to find a significant 18% GST amount added to my bill. At the time of inquiry, I was not informed that GST would be an additional charge. I assumed the prices were inclusive, as they had been during my last visit at Salon. This lack of clear communication feels misleading and has left me with a negative impression of your services.
