Disgusting... I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from going through the same. . A representative from the salon came to my door, enthusiastically promoting their services and claiming they were the best salon in the area. They were very convincing, even offering an annual membership card that seemed like a great deal at the time.However, my actual experience was far from what was promised. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing quality service. Even they were talking rudely.... My hair spa experience was equally awful. The entire process felt rushed and poorly executed. The final straw was when they used a towel as a steamer during the treatment. I've had hair spas before, and this is not the standard I expected. The towel was not hot enough, and it seemed like they were trying to cut corners instead of providing a proper service. My hair felt worse afterward, and the entire experience was a waste of time and money. Today I called the salon to schedule an appointment, I was shocked when they informed me that they had no male dressers available. This was not only surprising but also very inconvenient, especially since they had made no mention of this limitation when selling me the annual card. To make matters worse, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, making the entire interaction feel unprofessional. Then I called to owner to inform this then The owner, who I expected to be more accommodating as they are doctor , was surprisingly rude and dismissive, making the entire atmosphere uncomfortable... I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and a rude owner make this place one to avoid. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers and knows how to deliver quality service.

Not good service...wrost service they do not give u best products or in behaviour very rude...I'm coming for facial bt staff lady shaziya using very hard hands in facial or not included ear in facial ..too much dirty.dont visit here...high rate no best service

Please don't buy there cards ! This is a trap Neither the working personnel has a good service! Even if salon has no one as a customer they made me wait for more than 50 minutes for a single service

Totally unprofessional staff and service ,today I took whole body wax ,but my armpit after waxing is too painfull and injured and I am too restless because of severe pain, and they charge like Professional salon ,i seem this salon is only business purpose, no one qualified staff ,use and through attire are repeated and unhygienic worst experience

the staff of salon have no idea how to treat your clients . the ladies staff are like tbey are the owners do noy know how to talk

Soo ridiculous and staff is also very irresponsible..they have no manners.I am absolutely not recommended for this salon . Very poor service..
