I am visiting vlcc from last 1 month for weight loss program and yeah I am really very much satisfied with their service as they are giving their 200% for me. The only thing they want from you is patience and hardwork too..Weight loss or fat loss is not a magic u urself have to work upon that but m really very happy because my therapist respected Sushma Auntyji is very kind by heart and she dedicatedly do my therapies and sessions..I came to know about Dr.Niharika too she is a very quite and humble person and she helped me out with my severe back pain also.Lastly Ms.Riya my best friend i say she is awesome by nature and heart too.She guides me everyday for my weight loss and yeah moreover after being a nutritionist she became my best friend best councellor too totally amendable.I feel very happy and relaxed when I am with these guys...Thanks ton buddies...

I had started my laser hair removal treatment at VLCC and completed two sessions. However, I was later informed that the machine is not available, and there is no update on when it will be functional again. I have already made the full payment, and this sudden disruption is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. My wedding is on May 5th, and I had planned my sessions accordingly. This delay has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience during an already busy time. I request VLCC to take immediate action and provide a proper solution so I can complete my treatment as planned.

Excellent experience at Vlcc Prayagraj.Very humble and polite staff specially Shreya.she posses professional skills and her greeting gesture is very pleasing.

i booked my laser treatment on 30.06.2024 and paid full amount in advance. My appointments were delayed several time citing reasons such as electricity failure, employee on leave, laser machine not working,etc 6 months have passed and I have been able to avail only 3 sessions till 19 Jan 2025. The manager told me that my plan has expired and that I cannot avail any more service. She told me to pay Rs11000 and buy a new pack to continue my laser service. The delayed appointment was the fault of the VLCC employees and I was denied my services for which I had paid full amount in advance. Further I was not informed also that there is an expiry of the service. I feel cheated because no one at the VLCC store bothered to help me despite paying full amount. I have also mailed at wecare@vlccgroup.com but no action has been taken against my complaint. I will need to take this matter in consumer forum if VLCC does not solves my issue at the earliest.
