Much satisfied with the facial service. The girl named Rachna was very nice and well trained to do this job. I will recommend her to everybody. Will definitely visit next time .

It was a nice experience with Ali. Did hair colouring and facial. Staffs are cooperative and helped out in choosing the right facial. Good ambience and atmosphere. Wil visit again.

I am very very impressed with this saloon, angel saloon really have some standardized form of services, specially i am impressed by Salman , one of the angel saloon employee, he is expert in his feild.... thanks to angel saloon for making me happy very time, yes I can say , i am happy customer of this saloon.

Not expected such an Extremely impolite, rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff of an entity engaged in beauty and personal care industry. Especially the guy called Rishabh Saxena and same goes with Jyoti too- I have never come across such inhuman person who can keep waiting a 68 year old person's appointment and doesn't have a humble attitude while speaking and was not even communicating the true timing when one can visit the store and avail the service. Even I have a membership at the Rampur Store and what good is it when they can't even talk to the customer politely and keep stalling them at all. All the services till date some or the other thing was off - I think it's the high time that the owners should upheld some superviser who is more responsible, sensible and experienced to be appointed who takes care of the staff and manage such situations with more diligence and maturity. I want to understand whom should I reach out to further report this.
