Very good service specially by sonal.

I visited the salon for their services, which are quite good. However, my experience was spoiled by the ongoing arguing among the staff every single time, even for minor issues. When I tried to address this with them, they responded by raising their voices (0 respect for clients). Additionally, I noticed a clear bias in favor of VIP(so called favorites) customers, as the best staff members were reserved for them, making others feel less valued. Overall, while the services are good, the atmosphere and staff behavior left much to be desired

Worst place ever, pathetic service. Went for waxing, those unprofessional girls burnt my skin. They not only damaged 1 hand but both the hands were burnt. They sale waxing by saying the name RICA which is the imported one but in actual they use RICHELON company's product. These imported wax has pre and post wax oil. In those bottles they put coconut oil and makes everyone fool. Disastrous service ever posting pictures of my hands

This is the beat salon in Renukoot, they offer excellent service and part from that the team is very friendly and take proper care of their clients.

Beauty and joy salon is the only one salon in renuoot for ladies. All services in this salon are perfect and fine. Polite nature of the employees. Specially for me facial service is very good. I am totally satisfy of your salon. I glad to say that the salon is very good at this location. Thanks for your best service .
