Highly unprofessional. I went there for my kid's hair cut with a prior appointment of 15-20 mins later than the call. When I reached the salon after half an hour I came to know that no one was informed about the same and I had to wait for 10-15 mins which was later extended to 35 mins.

I visited Varanasi for the first time & went to Anokha Salon & Spa.I had a great & unforgettable experience with the salon staff.I found details about the salon on Google,I found details about the salon on Google as I was in Varanasi for official work.I spoke with salon senior well experienced staff Tanvi Jaiswal about my requirements n she suggested to me the best service of salon.Tanvi herself performed my D-Tan facial, half-hand and leg bleach & hair shampoo.I must say prices are affordable n even given a discount.The whole salon staff even the security guard of the salon are very humble, respectful n polite..My message is a bit lengthy,but I wanted to share my experience to help others in the future.

This is one of the best salons in varanasi. One can totally rely on them for any type of makeup(Bridal, Engagement, Party) & other services. The staffs are very polite and are best at their jobs. One can contact to Nidhi for any issues and she will give the best suitable suggestion according to your needs.

I visited the salon twice during my visit to Benaras. I had a facial, pedicure, hair blowout done. The staff was so polite and extremely professional. I can't recall all the names of the staff but special thanks to gulshan, aradhana, viswas/Vishal (he did my hair, amazing hair stylist). My facial was probably the best I've ever had. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back soon.
