Salon Nightmare: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My recent visit was a humiliating disaster. As a new mom with curly, dry and difficult hair, I already felt self-conscious. But the owner and staff's harsh judgment made me feel pathetic. Upon seeing my tangled hair, they rolled their eyes, made disgusted faces, and showed no empathy. Worse, they mocked another client behind her back, saying "Iske pairon k to jungli jaisa bal the" while doing my hair. Absolute disrespect to someone's privacy and lack of manners. I was new to the place and went ahead with the hair wash thinking it would get better but trust me it only got worse. You are being paid in full for your services and not doing a charity by any means so watch your manners. Not complaining about the hair, hair turned out to be fine but the whole experience was traumatic. Also, this isn't a luxury salon for sure it's an average one. I was asked to give a review right in front of the staff which didn't sound like a request. The amount which was charged only because I had curly hair which is "difficult" to deal with since people are supposed to have straight hair only felt absolutely overwhelming however money still isn't the biggest issue here but the behaviour sure was. Unacceptable Issues: * Judgmental staff * Lack of empathy * Unprofessional behavior * Exorbitant pricing (Rs. 2100 for hair wash and soft curls) * Forced review request Advice: Avoid this salon if you value respect and a positive experience. They prioritize exploiting insecurities over client care.

Good experience! This is my first experience with AP Makeup Studio in Varanasi. I would say there staff is very friendly and work carefully when it's all about your skin and hair. From inside its neat & spacious. But the prices are good. Overall the service is good.
