Ms jyoti ( makeup artist) , what a pathetic experience it was to book her , we booked her for bridal makeup of my sister and for others for party makeup . First of all she didnt bring any helper for makeup she did everyone's party makeup first that too with same foundation brush and similar makeup for everyone she didnt what suits to which person and trust me everyone looked bad i washed my face the makeup was that bad and also got allergic reaction . For birdal make up she initially said she will charge 22k for bridal then she added mask unnecessarily and said it will cost 3.5k and then added 4k for hair extension since she was the only makeup artist so the bride got super late in getting ready and not only that she made a very pathetic and badly done and loose hairstyle as braid which didnt last and fixed duppatta so bad that it started to slip super early . Not only this we only had 7 people for party makeup so she started to add extra price for 9 people saying you said that you are booking for people but the worst part is that we added extra people who got their hairstyle done and got saree draped which she didnt consider and when we said we dont want to pay extra for 2 people who didnt do makeup she then shower tantrums talked rudely and said that give 2k extra as visiting charge which was never mentioned at time of booking . And forced us to pay extra as we were late . What a horrible exprience on big day of my sister , stay away from such scammer makeup and save your big day

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! The staff is extremely polite and professional, making the entire visit enjoyable. A special mention to Arohi, one of the hairstylists, who went above and beyond in suggesting some amazing hairstyles. She truly understood what we were looking for and gave us a final look that we absolutely loved. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and talented stylists!

I took a smoothing process and the staff was not so polite and 2 days it looked so good but after 2 days it started becoming worse and now it is 5th month and. It is not looking that they have done smoothing in 1 month the hair become normal and as per the staff said that it would last till 6 months. I won't recommend to anyone pls don't waste your time and money instead try perfection salon some steps after zudio of sigra their smoothing process lasted till 1 year. The charges are too high of threading too and my mother In law threading was very bad and when I said that it is not good they refused and the staff was not so good I hope they will improve further .I won't give a single atar to this salon

Went for a haircut. The rates are standard as in same all over India but service is very poor in Varanasi. There was just one client still I was made to wait for 10-15 minutes. I asked for a straight hair cut for which the hair dresser took 30 minutes to do the same and in the end I saw that the cut was not even straight. She refused to believe that continued cutting and made it even worse. She still refused to agree with me and then tried to straighten my hair with heat to prove that she was right. Ultimately she cut extra 2 inches of my hair and finally their main hair dresser had to come and intervene. He finally gave me a straight cut with a trimmer. All this time I was standing for 15-20 minutes. And the bill of a haircut without hair wash by staff with no expression and no training was 1000. So a very unprofessional and bad experience. These chains demand you money that are standard but provide services by local indigenous people which is very substandard. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This place has been a constant one for my hair care. Been booking it for hair cuts and wash. Every time it surprises me with a different hairstyle that looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for the service. The staff and hairstylists are really friendly. My recent hairstylist Aarohi was super cool and gave me a gorgeous haircut. Thanks to her too!!

Pathetic! They don't have experienced staff, and the service areas are not hygienic at all! For sensitive skin, they don't even have the required medicated creams or ice. The last time I got my gel nail paint removed, I ended up with marks on my cuticles and dried-out fingers due to excessive dipping in acetone
