My experience is very good service I am so happy and my rebonding process osm I Loved it

I had a disappointing experience with this saloon. I had booked a service at home, and the girl arrived on time. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, she had to wait for just 10 minutes. During this time, the salon coordinator, Priya, spoke to me very rudely, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect respect and basic courtesy, which were completely lacking in this interaction. Priya's behavior was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. I hope the management takes note of this and ensures better customer service in the future. Would not recommend this salon if they continue treating customers this way.
