this was my second time visit but i really had worst experience.. i had keratin treatment done on my hairs...which they claimed will last for 6 months but it did not last even after first wash and at the time they were convincing me to have keratin treatment they said will use gk product..but when most of the procedure was done i overheard the persons who were doing keratin on my hairs said that they are not using gk product..they charged hefty amout from me and i am really disappointed i am posting the pic of my hairs just after two washes that too one w/o shampoo and one with shampoo which is sulphate free.. they just did fraud over me really disappointed

This is one of the worst parlour in Varanasi,they sitting there only for scam the customers,they fool varanasi people thought there marketing team on lnsta & showing highly edited videos but reality is different,when you visit there they convince you in all possible ways like they will giving you discounts,give you make up & pre bridal in under budgets,shows highly edited makeup pictures to customer , multiple fake booking and so on,but the moment when your functions has been come they showed there true colours & suddenly the price of everything goes from 10 times more from the actual amount was fixed,my makeup was so bad, I was spent 60-70 k on makeup but it's doesn't last even for 1 hour, fooled people in a name of luxury brands, hd, airbrush,better texture etc,they convince you while doing makeup like this makeup doesn't go with your skin texture, doesn't matching your skin tone,you should go for this bla bla bla.. otherwise we don't take any responsibility and then again shows you only luxury brands with exactly matches your skin tone ,they make sure you don't have any option left,other than go for highly budget options,don't listen to them,All are fraud there,The service you choose before is different from showing in final bills, without informing you they added services and mention it on final bills,worst part is they ask for full payment before doing makeup,these type of parlour should be closed & people should be take an action immediately...

I recently visited She n Me Salon and tried one of your combo offers. While I appreciate the staff's polite and cooperative behavior, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The offer included a haircut, but what I got felt more like a quick trim that took less than a minute--something I could have easily done at home. The eyebrow threading was also uncomfortable and left small bleeding spots along with a burning sensation that lasted for hours. The manicure and pedicure didn't meet my expectations either in terms of quality. I suggest clearly defining the services included in combo offers and mentioning "T&C applied" on the promotional material to avoid confusion and manage customer expectations. I felt Some local salons provide better service.. not visiting your salon again for sure ! Please don't fool & mislead customers. Thank you for your time and understanding.
