I've been getting my haircuts done by Ravi at Studio 11, and he never disappoints. Ravi is truly skilled, pays attention to detail, and always ensures I leave looking my best. His technique and professionalism are unmatched. The pricing at the salon is on the higher side, and they include GST, which feels unusual for a salon. It would be great if they could revisit the pricing structure. Still, if you're looking for top-notch service, especially with Ravi, it's worth considering..

Receptionist is highly rude. She thinks like she's someone precious and doesn't belong there. She was complaining to me in a way that she's really happy that she's not a native of Varanasi. Girl you would have been lucky if you were! People come here from all over the world just to get a glimpse of Varanasi! She was proudly saying that none of the staff is from Varanasi and "I'm from Delhi or somewhere" .. you are free to go. No body wants you here. No wonder the ratings are down. It's been 2 months that I've been here and still I am not able to forget this conversation. I replied to her in a genuine way and not rude at all even though she behaved in an unwelcoming manner and the tone was highly inappropriate. If you are having a bad day don't bring down your customers with you especially if someone is there with their family The hair stylist was good though. He did good job with my son's haircut

I recently had a hair highlight and botox treatment with Mr Ravi sir ,From start to finish, the experience was amazing.Ravi sir was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel so comfortable. My hair feels incredibly smooth, looks so shiny, and feels healthier than it has in years! I've noticed less frizz coloured style and breakage, and styling my hair has become so much easier. I highly recommend Mr Ravi for anyone looking to rejuvenate their hair--you wont be disappointed. Thanks a lot .mr.Ravi sir

Very happy with the service with Sunita. She did make up very amazing. But dissatisfied with the reception person named Muskan. She don't even remember that I had appointment. And when I called that m coming for makeup at my booked time she said please come earlier we have bridal bookings as well. If they have already bridal bookings that she should not book my makeup. Very unprofessional behaviour and mismanagement.

Ravi did my hair smoothening and keratin..it's good ..I m Waiting 2 see its effect after 2 to3 washes then will update bur service is overall good .

Anirudh is a perfectionist .He did my nails exactly as requested.The cgst and sgst however should be applied on the overall bill instead of each service because the price card is misleading or the prices in the card can be refreshed along with the gst for no confusion to the consumers.
