I had a positive experience and got a professional service with excellent results. I got a professional haircut from Prateek who was super nice and gave me every freedom to choose a proper cut suited for my facial structure. Overall I highly recommend Meenakshi Makeovers as they provided me best service for my groomed look.

Went for facial they assigned a newbie who took 2hrs to do 1hr job. She was slow in doing each step but when she was at massage and face mask step she was in real hurry bcoz she was getting call out from outside from the owner. This beautician she took 15min to set up the room for the service which was most unhygienic and dirty. There was no privacy at all as there were workers working in studio set up. It took her 10min to get ready steaming machine which worked in next 5min. I went for facial so expected massage on face more and body less. Hardly she did 5min face massage and 5min body massage and she was like I gave you more massage than others. The body massage during facial was dry massage they should have used some oil. It gave me body pain whole night instead of being relaxed. She used very thin layer of face mask at last step and was in hurry to remove it in 3min. She was like it is done. Overall experience was bad coz I paid alot hoping for a better experience. I booked advanced O3 facial but it was more like clean up and face mask of 5min. Bad bad service. Won't recommend this place.
