I recently visited Cloud9 Salon, and I must say, the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The ambiance was chic and calming, making it the perfect escape from the everyday hustle. We visited the Cloud 9 at the Turner road for bridal makeup of my neice, which was done by Rinky. It was a very busy day at the salon with multiple brides visiting simultaneously for getting ready. I was scared and doubted how Rinky and the staff would handle such crowd and let us go by 6:00 pm. But the staff was effortlessly efficient. thankyou Rinky for bringing out the natural beauty of our daughter. She looked gorgeous and natural. Also thankyou to your staff for beautiful hairdo of mine and bhabhi, despite our short hair. Loved every bit of it. The makeup of ours was good too. Absolutely bang on, the way we wanted .

Cloud 9- Salon at Turner Road in Dehradun is the best salon in this area. I recommended this salon to my friends also. Beautitions are so nice specially ' Ms Simmi'. Whenever I go there I ask for Ms. Simmi only Additionally I took kera-smooth from Ata sir and Aayan sir assisted by Mr Suhail. I got amazing change in my hair, with great service! This was my first time at Cloud9 and I was blown away by the service! I booked a facial as well for waxing , and it was one of the most relaxing experiences ever. The staff ( to be more specific her name was "Simmi" ) was knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. My skin felt smooth , refreshed and glowing afterward. The ambiance was soothing, and the she made me feel pampered. I highly recommend this place for a self-care day!

Taken the services for my friend in November 24, and found worst experience here. Receptionist behaviour was not good as well. Sumit was the hair stylist that I can recollect now, all hair was uneven cut and not perfectly trimmed. After sharing the experience with him, his attitude was not good. Then salon incharge took the charge and tried to make the environment calm. However again hair were trimmed 2-3 inch more. Whenever I see this salon I regret visiting there. Turner Road staff is worse. So guys pls make your choice accordingly.

I've been coming to this salon for 2 years now and I get my hair protein spa done by Shohab . I'm very happy with the outcome every time. He never disappoints me. It's always consistent and really cares and provides great results. I feel great leaving salon every time. Thank you cloud 9 for having such a talented stylist!!!!

I have tried many expensive salons with big names only.. but never ever had such an amazing experience. Pari ma'am she is the best person to get anything done related to make up her skills is totally outstanding She is very professional it was an amazing experience i will also recommend cloud 9 to my friend circle.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. The ladies are all lovely, friendly and professional specially Rinki. She has done my party makeup many times and I must say she is simply the best. She doesn't make you feel rushed. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
