Beautiful make up and amazing saree draping!
Nobody receives any phonecall. Bought a set of coupons worth 1500. The salon has been shut for the longest time now. At least have a bit of decency to receive calls or extend the end date of coupons by the time lost by being shut. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. As another person mentioned in the reviews, your money must grow on trees, ours does not.
Inspite of reading the reviews i took a chance and they said rival salons are writing these reviews. But all reviews are true. I paid 1300 and i had to get my haircut done. The so called professional guy did a shabby job. Even a nornal salon will do a fabulous job. Bad experience. Please don't waste your money. This is not a pair review from any rival.
They deleted my previous review where I highlighted how all the staff here are trainees and almost ripped my skin off while waxing. The receptionist will be seen doing haircut and waxing both. It is a highly risky environment to risk your skin and hair
Not recommending this for any makeup services...highly unprofessional staff (except Riya)and rude manager.. he is only good on phones.. but behaved such bad with my guests.. Made bulk booking for my wedding and each and every guest came complaining.... Some washed off their makeup... curls and other hairdos were opening... Completely and highly "NOT" recommending to anyone
Such amazing and trained staff, clean place and all the services are done keeping proper hygiene measures in place. The only salon in Dehradun I'm not hesitant to go post pandemic as they are following proper protocols. Priced really well as well. Good job team. Highly recommend to everyone in Doon
It is an unprofessional, not customer oriented salon...they complicate the life of the customers by making ti difficult to make a decision and never answer your questions. The staff is poorly trained as well. The only advantage they have is the location which is reasonably decent in comparison to other salons in the vicinity. Its not value for money. I would never recommend BBlunt to anyone as my friends also had a similar rather much poorer experience with them. As their name goes they are way too Blunt with their customer
