I visited Looks Prive this morning and had an overall good experience, though with a small disappointment. First, I want to sincerely thank Karni for the amazing haircut and global hair color. The effort and precision put into the service were truly commendable, and I walked out feeling so confident and happy with my look. It's clear that Karni cares about their craft and making clients feel their best. However, I have to share my disappointment with the manicure. While Shaukendra was lovely and did a great job applying the nail paint, the quality of the paint itself was a letdown. Despite being careful, the nail color chipped within just 6 hours, which was disheartening. I understand these things can happen, but I hope the team considers looking into better products to match their otherwise stellar services. The team at Looks Prive is warm, welcoming, and highly skilled, and I really appreciate the care they put into their clients. I look forward to returning and hope for an even better experience next time.

I visited Looks prive at Centrio Mall for a haircut and facial. The ambiance was clean and relaxing, with calming music in the background. The staff was welcoming, especially Hair & Beard stylist Bilal, who took the time to understand my preferences. My haircut turned out exactly as I wanted, and the facial left my skin glowing. Manager Riya is very polite & offered me a complimentary coffee. Overall, great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service!"

Recently had been to Looks Prive' for a foot massage. I arrived almost an hour early to my scheduled appointment but the staff took me for the session in like just 5 minutes of waiting time. Ajay did an amazing job with her magical hands and the massage was quite relaxing. The staff was polite, professional and welcoming. Thank you!
