Noor's unisex salon

They are so unprofessional I booked a tattoo service from them First they delayed my work And then on the final day the so called tattoo artist who i dont think even has any knowledge of tattoos stopped picking up calls and dnt gave me a final answer. They wasted all my time and i would not recommend this salon to anyone

Very bad quality my hair was smoothing in a second week very poor condition ruff, and discussting product.. My hair like a burn in a 8 week
