Had my first service here and the experience was truly amazing! Boss was incredibly friendly, considerate, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. He worked with great dedication and attention to detail. I was honestly speechless with the way he transformed my hair--it was beyond expectations! Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality service and a fresh, confident look. Definitely worth a visit!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Relax Salon on Gas Godam Road. I called ahead to inquire about nail extensions and was assured an appointment was available. I arrived at 3 PM as scheduled, only to be told by the owner that the service couldn't be done. After explaining how far I had traveled and the urgency, they reluctantly assigned a staff member who had no experience with nail extensions. What followed was a painful 2-hour session resulting in the worst nails I've ever had. Not only was the service subpar, but they had the audacity to charge me INR 2000 for a job that looked like it should've been free--barely worth INR 500. To top it off, the extensions came off within an hour of leaving the salon. This is an absolute scam. Save your time and money--do NOT go to this salon!

Worst parlour for bridal services. We had booked them for my sister's wedding. Reasons for 1 star rating- 1. Shifted the booked branch address to another one 10 km further from previously booked address just 30 minutes before my sister was going for her bridal makeup. 2. For bridal makeup, only one person in the staff was provided. They had shortage of staff in every service. 3. The makeup they did was of very poor quality. Only lasted for 1 hour.

I want to give them 0 star but its not possible to do so. Worst bridal makeup experience from this salon. The makeup artist took 5 hours to make me ready and no one was helping her out instead of having so much 'namards' here. Makeup was not good, she will do putti all over ur face and that too will be gone in 20 mins. I made very wrong choice by booking them on my special day. When taking bridal pics there were 4-5 assistants but when i was getting ready only 1 assistant was there. I regret booking them. Worst experience with this ghatiya parlour never going to book them again. They made my day worst. Edit:- these people are saying i am sharing misinformation. I loved the service of relax unisex salon near and clean environment staff was very polite special thanks to firoz he gave me a great service of face and hairs it was late night I was not getting auto he helped me seriously he is very nice guy and the head massage and facial he has done such a relaxable well done firoz keep it up keep rocking I will come again and firoz will only du my service thanks relax team
