Very poor service and hydra facial ke name pe itna lootte there is no well trained staff they doesn't know that how to do normal facial aur hydra facial koi steps follow nahi kiya I have very bad experience please any body don't go there

My worst experience of waxing the staff didn't know how to wax the customer even I said so many times that I have very sensitive skin so be carefull but they didn't listen they just want to do as fast as they can they didn't care about customer's skin n the result is I got burn patches on my hands n legs so thats why i won't recommend this salon ever so please save your clear skin n don't go there for waxing ever

The unprofessional behaviour of the bridal makeup artist nearly ruined my big day, she was 3 hours late which led to cancellation of my bridal shoot and all the ceremonies were delayed. Makeup and hair do was fine which saved the night for me. But I found this behaviour very unprofessional on part of such big association, my makeup couldn't settle down at time which made it look loud for hours. I booked Lakme 2.5 months before my wedding still the artist took another booking for the same day which makes advance booking pointless.

Worst Lakme franchise I have ever seen specially for hairs. My had very bad experience twice. Will not recommend for hairs..Very pathethic.. If anyone reading this review pls gals don't visit there...

I got a party makeup done from there. Etiksha did a commendable job without overdoing the makeup. The hairdo was pretty as well. She listened to my requirements carefully and along with her team, helped me getting glamed up for the event. It's really wonderful to see a brand providing professional services in a small town. Kudos to Lakme!

My fiance got engagement make up service from lakme. She told me about rekha and forced me to give review for her , she is really amazing and talented that she listened my fiance very carefully and did what my fiance exactly want. Rekha did really too good work, I'm thankful to lakme and especially Rekha.
