The Master Cut Luxury Unisex Salon & Academy

Had the most horrific experience at the salon. Went for multiple services here one of them being facial. Informed them multiple times that my skin is extremely sensitive and the employee named Lakhwinder assured me that she will use products recommended for sensitive skin. Few hours later I started getting a rash on my skin and by night my face and lips had swelled up and with inflammation all over face. I went there the next day and requested them to help me and that's when I found out that she used products recommended for oily skin by a brand Cheryl's on their website. Upon questioning them about it the employee remained adamant that even if the website says that the product should not be used on sensitive skin they have been using it on sensitive skin and have not received any complaints yet. Upon digging further I found out that this salon is not certified and trained by this brand to use it's products and they are doing it illegally. Please do not visit this salon, they are liars. They physically and mentally harassed me.

Overall my experience visiting master cut luxury is excellent..services are good too..facial and hairs services are too good..

Using fake products to make money.. Check before you let them use procudcts on you.
