Terrible Salon Experience - Heartbroken and Disappointed I had a truly awful experience here. I asked for a simple trim, but instead, they cut off most of my long, beautiful hair--something I specifically said I did not want. My hair held deep personal value, and they completely disregarded my wishes. This wasn't just a bad haircut--it was an emotional loss. I will never forget this experience, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. It feels like they had no understanding or respect for the importance hair can hold for someone. Honestly, I'm devastated.
