Disappointing Experience and Poor Services I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I received at your salon recently. I visited this place for a gel nail paint, and a head wash but the experience was far from satisfactory.considering the premium prices they charge. Firstly, I was shocked to find out This lack of communication about the unavailability of the artist is highly unprofessional and disappointing. It took an hour just for the gel nail paint session. The girl was cooperative but management team should take care. I believe it is crucial for your salon to improve communication with clients regarding artist availability and to ensure that the quality of services matches the prices charged. As a customer, I expected a much better experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience at your salon.

My experience with her was too amazing. She is good with her skills. I hired her for my wedding aniversary and she matched the makeup with my tone as well my outfit.
