H.M Beauty Parlour

One of the worst experience.I did pre booking to the parlour for 3 people.We got late by an hour due to out station travel to Rishikesh and lot of jam. First of all she dont have a proper changing room or toilets.You have to manage either with that on road parlour room or her attached bedroom if someone is not sleeping. Then she is old and relies on her daughter for makeup.If she is not available then you are on your own..It took her 3 hrs to get me ready. Then I kept requesting her to call any staff as if was already 10and there were 2 other ladies to get ready..But she kept saying yes i will call then she called one tenant girl who completely denied to tie a saree. Are we fools that we r paying in parlour for un trained people.Her staff was down with fever but she did not bother to tell that in advance in covid times. Her daughter also applied almost 5-6 layers eyeliner..God knows what she was upto..Completely disappointed..Pls avoid

I went for the first time here and it was one of d best experiences. The staff n owner r very nice and well behaved. They r very professional n sensitive towards a customer. Really appreciate their hardwork n dedication. The parlour is in budget and worthy.
