Hi All, NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE without the customer consent she cut the hair. At the time of booking for hair straightening she said 3.5k after doing she gave different explanations like baby hair & density is more and charged more rs-500. After discussion with other people got to know this is her usual way of charging xtra money. Poor quality Not professional Not on time Tricky behaviour In her shop people can't bargain but she can change the amount after her commitment. It's better to choose some branded shop in purulia / asansol like Habib by paying some xtra money where you get some good professionals instead of wasting money in SONA LADIES BEAUTY PARLOUR.
