Comfort family salon

I had a wonderful experience at the salon recently! I got a haircut, hair spa, and waxing services, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks to Sony, who took such great care of me throughout. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at every step.

WORST SALON EVERRRRR!!! Do not go. (this was from my earlier visit in April 2024). Earlier was one of the best salon, now its degrading rapidly, especially the SB Gorai road branch. The more the branch, the more poor quality of service. Staffs are very unprofessional. 1. AC was not working, none of their staff knew it or checked it earlier or day before. They didn't shift me to other room also. Hence i had to stop my waxing midway. 2. One of their staff started my hair spa, then left in midway and went home. Second staff had to finish the undone job. 3. Their famous hair stylist - Jitu, cut my bangs wrong. He didn't know how to do it, but still cut it. Instead could have said that he doesn't know. I visited again on 19/11/2024, and the situation is worse. Salon is not clean, service & techniques are nil. AC not working. I even have added photos what is the situation.

Well this is an average kind of family salon for all kinds of hair and skin treatment i usually come here. But something they need to change. Their equipments are old furnitures are broken unexperinced staff should not attend the costumers. I was not really satisfied with their services.

Hair stylist Jitu ruined my hair. He showed me one length he would cut and cut much much more than that. I had long hair before. Now I am unable to tie it. I regret going so much. Never had a worse haircut.

Not satisfaction with the haircut that the guy has provided. Definitely need to upgrade the Staffs . I have shared a reference but he did something else with my hair. Regretting my decision to choose this salon. Not worth 600 bucks for this haircut . My hair was long and beautiful i am crying for choosing this damn salon. Not recommending anyone .

Bad experience and bad behaviour by staff full D-satisfied not visit again

My personal experience with "Monica/Manika didi" and the receptionist can't remember the name was just not good. They were so rude and arrogant. My first and last visit!
