Absolutely disgusting experience. I would have rated them on minus if possible. The people there gave me multiple appointments on which I would take a haircut but they delayed my haircut by 7 days and at last when asked for accountability they had the "Audacity to cut the call on face". The height of unprofessionalism they showed was disgusting. They wasted 7 days. Made us call and visit them multiple times but didn't have the bare minimum professionalism to say " Ma'am we can't do a haircut, we don't know how to do a haircut". Please don't visit for the sake of your precious time. These people know nothing but to waste people's time, talk rudely, show their unprofessional attitude. MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at Head Turners. The staffs were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing good service, they were dismissive and acted like they were doing me a favor. When I asked questions about the services, they responded with impatience and attitude. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly, they don't care about their clients. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant salon experience.
