Worst Service. I got nail extensions done from this shop which didnot even sustain 48hours. Within 24 hours the nails started to come off one by one. The behaviour of the staff was also not very cordial , rather she seemed to be very irritated. The quality of the service served is very poor. On the top of that the prices charged is very indiscriminating. They charged me 2000bucks for the nail extensions, where as I saw the other customer got the same nails extensions done for 1000 bucks. Also they said they charge 1000 bucks for removal of nails extensions, whereas i had to get the remaining nail extensions removed from Kolkata for just 350 rupees. Forget 1 week, the nail extensions didnot even survive 24hours. Also they are highly reluctant as to the kind of nails you want. They don't have a wide variety of colours , so even though they promised me to get the nails done as per my choice before they started working on it , but it was not even close to what I wanted. Hence overall I will never recommend you this place. Not once, not twice , but think 10 times before getting your nails done from this place. I am already regretting visiting the shop. The quality of service provided to me is very very very disappointing. I have also uploaded the picture of the kind of work/service they provided.

I underwent a face cleanup on June 29th for an engagement ceremony, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. My face was severely burned by boiling water, causing significant damage to the right side. The skin is even peeling off now. I've attached a photo for reference. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment for any beauty treatments, as it was a dangerous experience. During the procedure, they blamed a malfunctioning steam machine for the incident, which occurred suddenly after about 10 minutes of what seemed like normal treatment. My friend, who was there for makeup for the same event, also experienced damage to the tools used. I have not received any reimbursement yet, and I'm uncertain if the burn marks on my face will be permanent. For the safety and well-being of yourself and your family, I recommend avoiding this place entirely.

Bad service. Doesn't have wide range of nail colours yet they promise you to do your nails as per your choice. Worst part is they don't have fixed price for nail extension and nail art , yet they charged me inexplicably high price. Even for nail extension removal their price is 1000 bucks. Worst part is I had to pay to 2000 bucks for nail extensions whereas they charged the other customer for the same nail extensions 1000 bucks in front of me. It's not even 24hours past , and the nail extensions came off. Hence, I will never recommend this place for nail extensions. Update: The nail extensions didnot even sustain 48hours. I loved the way they treat their client... I really felt good with them... All of them are very professional and Sweet... Best Saloon .. And specially boys are very well mannered and Kind..

Highly unprofessional and rude. The store in charge doesn't know an iota about hospitality, in spite of being from the service industry. She quoted a higher price than what was confirmed upon enquiry before the spa session. Furthermore, she lacks basic courtesy of politeness while interacting with a customer. This trend is close to a scam as customers won't feel comfortable leaving, interrupting the service. This is a planned approach which they try to implement on every customer. I'd never recommend anyone to avail their services. They're messed up in so many ways. Update after a month: Most of the positive reviews here are likely to be in-house.

Just loved it. I had gone there for hair cutting and facial. Believe me the guy who cut my hair is damm good. He has his own style which is outstanding and that lady who did facial and masaage is quite soothing and marvelous. I just felt too good after completion. Thanks to Miss Barnali Roy for her nice hospitality.
