Reshmi's Bella Touch - Best Ladies Salon in Asansol

I've to this salon multiple times and never got any sort of disappointment. Recently I went there for hair colouring which was done by Dev and his team. He and the girls were quite attentive and listened to every note I made regarding my hair and the colour i wanted. I'm very satisfied and would recommend all to visit them. The only thing which i didn't like was their front desk attender, she was a lil rude and mostly busy with the cell phone, not a person someone would expect at the front desk. But other than that every thing was upto the mark

**Terrible Service and Rude Behavior** I recently visited this parlor hoping for a relaxing experience, but I was extremely disappointed. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing quality service. The beautician was inattentive and rushed through the service without any care for detail.I am very very disappointed with the Hair Cut specially . They are just pathetic. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, and I left feeling frustrated instead of pampered. I would not recommend this parlor to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. There are far better places where you will be treated with respect and professionalism. Stay away if you value good service and customer care!

They are the best SCAMMER in entire Asansol! In the name of 50% off they use cheap product, 3rd class service and attract your attention then ultimately rob you!! I went for a special ocassion for my mom they ruined my day! The owner was soo rude I have no words for her! The staffs have 0 knowledge about services or offers they manipulate you with their words absolutely incompetent!! Worst parlour ever! Please stay away it's seriously that bad!! In 1 word unprofessionalism at its peak! Also they did not share any receipt with me, bcoz obviously you know! The lady was extremely rude and cunning at the same time!

**Worst salon in Asansol** Terrible service. I visited the parlour, the owner turned out to be someone I know. Did not expect any special treatment but at least expected the service would be good. But to my shock they were least bothered about providing service. Had to wait 30 mins, the owner and her staffs were busy with their own beauty treatments. Charged me 1386 for roll on wax and burnt my thigh. I showed it to their "ma'am" (the owner) and she was least bothered. I don't understand what is the point of keeping the salon open for customers if you guys are busy with your own beauty treatments. I would say visiting this salon is a complete waste of money and time, on top of that you get injured too. I have the pics of the burns but not sharing here since it is on the thigh. Also, the salon is a mess, full of hair, so unhygienic that you will feel like vomiting. Towels are common for all. Hair will stick to your body after waxing. One staff was even digging her nose and did not even wash her hands before starting with another customer's hair spa. This is by far the worst salon I have ever visited in my life. Please beware and never visit this salon. It's just that some people open salons for timepass and don't care about customers, this is the perfect example. If you still visit after reading this review then good luck!! ##Editing the review to give a response to the owner's reply: FYI - Rica wax used too many times on the same patch of skin can peel the skin as well as burn it. I know no body wants to see my thighs and hence have not shared the pics. The way you have written it shows how downgraded and cheap you are!! Also, talking about jealousy, come on!! Who would be jealous of you or your parlour! Do you know about my status or what I do in life or have done already? I do not want to show that off here but lol your reply shows your arrogance and rudeness as also mentioned by other customers. Everyone has the right to get services done including your staffs but if you don't have the place in your salon to accommodate customers then stop being utterly greedy and tell the customers in advance that the salon services are not available. I had called at 3.30 pm, was asked to visit since the salon was empty. Visited at 4 and had to wait till 4.30 pm since you had captured the only room available and was getting your body polishing done. The wax was not even put up for heating, there was literally no place to get the service done and hence so much delay. The salon is for customers (I think so!!) but if you and your staff wants to capture the entire place for a day and not provide services to other customers then keep the salon closed. As for the feedback by another person, yes it is given by my friend who saw the pain I was in and still am because of how unprofessionally the service was performed. And I did mention to so called 'ma'am' about the burns and she said 'aree eta toh sobar hoi kal amr puro skin red hoye gechilo'...Madam no one wants to know what happened to you!! It's your salon and you get services done for free, when we are paying such a high price for the services, we would expect a little bit of professionalism. When you claim about such awesome services provided by your salon and still keeping it utterly dirty, go and check out other salons in asansol who have double footfall than your salon and still they manage to keep it clean. Let your staff dig her nose 1000 times but I don't think anyone would like her stuff on their hair. You have a cctv right? There is enough proof that can be seen in the footage and now negligent your staff and 'ma'am' was. I can also prove it using the cctv footage that the towel used on me was also used on other clients which I saw with my own eyes. So accept the mistakes and rectify them rather than spending time justifying the mistakes and showing your rudeness and bad attitude!!

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff and the owner, they burnt the thighs during waxing and when told they did not even acknowledge or pay any heed. Skin got burnt and was hurting but they did not even apply anything to calm down the burning sensation. Was charged full amount for burning my skin and no proper attention while waxing. This kind of ignorance from salon/ parlour is very disturbing. Had to get dressing and medication for the burnt area from a nearby medical store by myself as the skin was distressed due to the burns. Ladies beware of this place, they are here just to loot you and not bother about your concerns. ##Updated after receiving response from the salon owner Please check the arrogant response from the owner who has opened up a salon services for customers but is not open for feedback. I am sure all the good ratings on the google page is actually paid advertising. Btw, the review i posted above no where mentions i gave taken rye services, rather it was for my friend who visited and had a traumatic experience here. I had to personally accompany her to get the medical aid and dressing as her thighs were burning and she was feeling discomfort. I am surprised at the audacity of such people who know their wrongdoings and still try to justify themselves. Nobody is jealous of you dear lady as long as you do your job honestly and you are able to accept if there has been a miss at your end. Festive season or not, leaving the chopped off hair on the floor because of customers availing haircut is not an excuse. When customers pay for the services, they expect cleanliness, professionalism and attention to their needs. Why don't you watch the spoken about cctv recording to find out how the roll on wax burnt Paramita and when she called your attention to it, you have dismissed it without any apology or even empathy. If you order chicken curry and receive uncooked chicken or burnt chicken, do you accept it because it is festive season and the restaurant team is hungry and cooking for themselves so couldn't pay attention while cooking your food ?? Even if you may, we are not used to such things. I believe all respectable entrepreneurs/businesses get better with the feedback and using that to improve themselves. Kindly pay attention to what you are missing rather than bothering who is jealous of you. If you knew you were honest, you wouldn't care about bad reviews if they were incorrect claims.##

Visited for the first time from Kolkata,and I have done a party makeup here. Parlour is neat and clean and staffs are very soft spoken. Hair was down by a staff, it was amazing. But when Owner Reshmi personally done my makeup touch, it felt good & I loved the make up. Very much recommended.

Visited the parlour after seeing the reviews. The 2 girls there have no idea about anything. They dont even know the charges for the services. They have to call their "mam" for everything.Way too costly . Not visiting ever again. Will never suggest anyone. Editing my comment to make things clear as I couldn't reply to your comment .I stay in Hyderabad and use Urban clap salon services regularly, I have never paid Rs.700 for half legs Roll on wax. You trying to humiliate me with the underarm wax price shows your standards. First hire professionals who can manage your salon in your absence.

Reshmi's Bella Touch is a pleasure to work with. Having her do makeup at weddings is one of the first decision one should think of while wedding planning. Makeup is one thing which no one should worry about on the day of the wedding if you're visiting this place, and it will come out wonderfully for sure. Reshmi is a true professional, and has a passion for her work. Are you thinking of wedding make up? What are you waiting for then? Go for it and visit this place - but book early because she is in demand! Highly recommended.
