My friend had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. She went there simply for highlights and eyebrow, she also told her to use mild products but the owner convinced her to get a keratin treatment on the same day. My friend told her that her personal stylist told her not to use any iron as of now but the owner convinced her- a huge mistake. They ended up chemically treating her hair twice in one visit, which is extremely damaging and unprofessional. Since then, she has been suffering from severe hair loss. Her hair and scalp are completely damaged, and the quality of their products is clearly very poor. She later found out they use cheap local products that can seriously harm anyone's hair and health. My friend tried reaching out to the owner for help or even a response - and she has completely ignored her. No accountability, no responsibility, just silence. Please, do not go to this salon. They don't care about your well-being, only about making money. They charge more that the market's rate. The service, the products, and the attitude are all a disaster. Save your hair and your sanity - go somewhere professional!

Atmosphere and behaviour of the staffs are praiseworthy enough and perfect salon for rate it a 4star. Hair dressers are expert ones. Service is available in budget. A pocket friendly and better solution for grooming. Thankyou
