I recently visited this saloon "purify looks" and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure to listen to my preferences before starting the services.

I had a pedicure and manicure done, the massage was okay. But the pedicure manicure scrub and Kore cream were applied and left. But the pack was applied, it was not used, the nail sides were not cut, the nail gel was not rubbed well.

I visited this salon with high expectations, even taking a day off from my duty at the Court, only to be thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I stepped in, it became clear that their priority was not the customers but rather the YouTubers filming their content. The staff, including the barber attending me, was more focused on the influencer rather than providing a proper service. Before visiting, I checked their website, which clearly mentioned a 50% discount on all services, and the same was displayed on their pricing chart at the salon. However, when it was time to pay, they charged me the full amount, refusing to honor the discount. This lack of transparency and misleading pricing is unacceptable. I had planned to take multiple services, including de-tan treatments, but after experiencing their unprofessionalism, I limited myself to just a haircut and beard trim. Even that turned out to be a disaster. The barber was distracted the whole time, constantly looking at the YouTuber instead of focusing on my haircut. As a result, my usual hairstyle, which I clearly explained, was completely ruined. I could have gotten a better, more attentive service at a roadside salon for a much lower price. The most frustrating part was their attempt to compensate by offering wallet rewards for future visits instead of ensuring quality service in the first place. No customer visits a salon for rewards; they come for good service. If a salon fails to meet basic professionalism and customer care, no one will return, regardless of the offers. My advice to the salon: 1 .Prioritize customers over social media promotions 2.Honor the discounts and pricing displayed on your website and charts. 3. Train your staff to focus on their work, not distractions. . 4. Service quality matters more than marketing gimmicks.

Very decent staff behaviour either excellent treatment and work ethics were 10/10 . Must visit .
