HAIR TURNERS

I got a haircut today and I have no complaints regarding the same. What really bothered was the behaviour of the staff there. One of the guy's literally asked me "aap shampoo nahi karte kya" and these guys kept on saying things like you have dandruff, frizzy hair and which shampoo do you use and if you don't use at all!! Bro what is wrong with you guys!?? I have gone to your salon for a nice experience and feel good about my newly cut hair why do you have to be so damn rude, unprofessional and uneducated!? Why do you have to demoralise your own customer? What exactly do you get by pulling them down and making them feel bad?? Yes I have have dry hair, yes I have dandruff yes my hair fall..but whose doesn't in this pollution and stressed life!? Was I asking you to give me your piece of advice!? You didn't have to pull that stunt. The owner should educate his staff. Who talks like this!? Don't you guys have manners? I am really pissed the kind of rude behaviour they showed. Should a customer investing money and time and expecting a good time face this?? Learn how to talk to your customers first. You don't even have good hair yourself and you're saying this to me ki aap shampoo nahi karte kya! Bro how will one survive if one doesn't shampoo!??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH SALONS? Do you guys think that saying all this will make us buy your products??? I am happy with my hair and I am not paying you for a bad experience and shitty behaviour. I am adding a photo of the bill before they start saying I wasn't even their customer and this is a fake review lol.

The makeup done by mam is extra ordinary and behaviour is also superb..

The haircut exceeded my expectations--precise, stylish, and exactly what I envisioned. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was professional and friendly.
