ZARA Beauty Parlour

Yesterday, I visited Zara professional salon fifth time , everytime I got great service & peaceful environment but yesterday when I went there it was pathetic experience the two staff's behaviour was very rude & impolite they misbehaved with me & my mother when I said I'll complain to owner they were saying please go ahead shame on them they don't know how to communicate with the customers as well as they had not given the good services , I feel so disappointed there by having a spa treatment as I am not feeling any smoothness any changes in my hair which I previously got . This was my last visit to zara professional salon.I don't want to give any star to them still I am giving this 1 star for sake of previous services.
