This family salon is my regular place to get haircut and shaving and have a really awesome experience, here! Right from the entrance, I feel welcomed by a friendly team who listened carefully to what I needed. Their services are good. The haircut I got was exactly what I wanted, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. The best part is that their charges are very reasonable, so you don't have to worry about overspending for quality work. The staff here is humble and respectful, treating every customer like a friend. I truly appreciated their honest and straightforward approach, which made the whole visit stress-free and enjoyable.

The service was disgusting. Would have given 0 stars if possible. I went for hair colour. They use such low quality products that when the colour was applied on the scalp, it started burning. After sometime, skin started itching. In next morning, the scalp startes feeling tense, contracted. From then on huge swelling developed diffused over the entire forehead extending upto the temples. The swelling gradually progressed downwards and is now present over the upper eyelids of both sides such that the eyes can't be opened completely. After spending so much money over there, this is the service i get!! I demand for a REFUND or I'll be forced to lodge an official complain against this scam. And I advice others to never use their service again. Refund for the expenses or I'll be lodging complain to the respective higher authority to whom it might concern.

went to this place today for a much needed hair cut. very affordable pricing and customer service is good as well. loved the attention to details during the cut and behaviour of staff was on point. would definitely visit here again!

Heard a lot about this salon and gave my first try. And trust me it was not good at all.Despite of taking a piror appointment, i had to sit for more than 30 minute. Staffs were available but no one to attend. Finally, i had to ask the person sitting in the cash counter if someone can do my haircut and then finally I was taken for hairwash and then was asked to sit in the chair looking myself in the mirror more than 15 minute. AGAIN NO ONE ATTENDED. Staffs were roaming and no one was bothered to even ask me anything. Finally,,,,. I had to leave without getting a hircut.. I do not know what the staffs think of theirself... Pathetic Service. Never gonna visit again. Hope some one sees this.

This is one of the best places for a haircut and a spa. I went twice for a spa, the service is excellent. Staff are very professional and polite. The prices are very affordable, I was really satisfied with how beautiful and soft my hair looked and felt after the spa. Highly recommended if you love your hair and want good value for your money!

Recently the service has gone down, very poor and worst in our town. As a regular customer will never visit this worst salon. Receptionist is worst

Their service is becoming horrible day after day. They should change their name from Unisex saloon to Spa point. Currently, they have 3 hairdressers out of them two are very professional, but the manager keeps them busy to serve the SPA clients on a priority basis. But by God, the third guy (you can understand easily if you observe him) is horrible. He doesn't know the difference between a haircut and a hair trim. Also, he doesn't even listen properly to their client. They should correct the unprofessional attitude in a professional setup. If they continue this trend then definitely the service quality will drop.
