I recently visited Lakme for a hair treatment, and I was thoroughly impressed! Swarnadipa who attended to me was extremely patient and professional. She listened to my concerns and did an excellent job. Will surely visit again. All other employees present were very welcoming and warm as well. The treatment left my hair feeling soft, smooth, and looking healthy. I would highly recommend Lakme for their quality service and expertise.

I visited this store last month. Himadri was my stylist and I am more than happy with her haircut. I clearly told them that I need a hair spa which cost around 1200-1500 INR. After the whole thing, when I paid, it was 2200 INR. This thing is not good, that's why I don't like the parlours here,,, they always force people to do something costly.... More transparency should be maintained.

I recently visited the salon for hair botox... their hair specialist Himadri handled my hair with care and her dedication towards her work is commendable...and I received a cordial behaviour from the staffs...it was a good experience overall....
