Haircutting here is definitely very good. But they make customers wait a lot. Nothing happens before 2 hours. It will take at least 2 hours whenever you go and of course it is empty. If it's crowded it's 4-5 hours and I'm not saying anything about that. Every time I've gone there's been at least a 2 hour wait. They are very busy talking among themselves and talking among themselves is always more important than attending to the customer.

Very bad service, the male employee was in hurry, they don't take care. Behavior like cheap saloons.

Very unsatisfied from his and her... Want somthing and given something, maybe a mistake I didn't quarel, but it gone a big loss of 5months growth! I suggest them to listen clients with more concentration

My sister and I had gone to this salon today for haircuts. The salon is located on the first floor of a market complex in a narrow crowded lane called Amratala Gali, near Khadya Bhaban in Chinsurah. The salon is fairly clean, the staff polite and well-behaved, the barber who cut our hair knows his job pretty well- he gave good haircuts to the both of us. The price of haircut is also very much affordable. But two matters that the management has to look into are that the place does not have a men's washroom(I don't know whether there is a ladies' washroom or not) and that although mobile data network signal is very weak inside the salon, the salon's wifi is not available for the customers. Overall the experience of the salon waa a good one and I will definately reccomend people to pay a visit to this salon.

staff is very friendly, cooperative, "stylish".. the place is filled all the equipment you can think of... way too many stuff.. so you dint have to wait if there is a seat empty... the place is well designed.. well lit with many lights..overall i liked the place... i always visit whenever i need a grooming..

Affordable place for ladies' salon needs. The staff is well trained and does a decent job with haircut, eyebrows, facial, hair wash as well as pedicures.
