I've been a customer for a year now, and I'm consistently impressed. The hair services are particularly excellent - the head massage that comes with every hair treatment is such a wonderful and relaxing touch! Today, I just had a shampoo service with NOOR, and I am completely satisfied. The service was top-notch. A special shout-out must go to JABA! She is absolutely amazing. I had my very first waxing experience with her, and she made it so comfortable and stress-free. She truly has magical hands! If you're nervous about trying waxing or eyebrow threading for the first time, JABA is the person to see. She will completely put you at ease and erase any fear.

Yesterday got my haircut done by Saddam at 9 stark and I must say, he is truly talented..!! he gave me the exact look I wanted and was super professional throughout. Highly recommend him..!!!

I had visited this salon 3times and I wasn't disappointed with the service that I received. I always took service from a very well behaved and professional employee sraboni. She is quite efficient and expert in hair related services. Would recommend to get your hair get tested here and get the treatment accordingly.

If you are looking for a good hairstylist, then 9 Stark is a very good salon. Especially their staff member Saddam , he is a great hairstylist and his behavior is also very good.

I first took service when it was inaugurated. I liked the behaviour of its lady owner. First day service was good but later I find it's lacking professionalism badly. Today evening I came across a bizzare incident. I went there for hair cutting and hair color. The barber named Noor assigned for the job but he did it miserably bad. After head wash I saw Hair cut was uneven and colour was not proper. He that time engaged with another client. I signalled him to come. He never bothered to even come and see why I'm calling. By that time Manager just entered, I told him to check and he agreed that it was not done properly. He called another person who at least tried to make up the flaws. When I was just about to make payment and exit I saw that guy Noor and asked why did he do so. He showed arrogance and attitude. No regret no apologetic. There was no person who is supervisor or sensitive. Thick skinned manager took more money than the barber asked. I made payment and left. I just want to caution the owner as she have employed bunch of jokers neither customer friendly nor professionals. Oneday it will stop if she doesn't take any proper action.
