Went there for a haircut & hairspa. My hair was damaged from diy highlighting & hadn't had a haircut for over two years after covid started. Did layer cut & the results are great. Prices are affordable, staff is good, friendly & homely. They have knowledge of what they are doing & gladly take your concerns & ideas into consideration while providing services. Have a visit !!

This is one of the best services I have received in durgapur. The ambience ,the cleanliness the staff and the work all of these are beautiful. I got a haircut and global hair colour done today,and the end result was absolutely amazing. Loved it

I must say this is the worst parlour I have ever been to. Yesterday I went there and the girls were literally arguing with me whereas it was there own fault. This in not a new parlour inspite of that I think they lack experience and never learnt politeness. I went there for threading, first of all they couldn't do it right and cut my eyebrow despite that, they were so uncultured that they kept arguing. I advise everyone that you shouldn't ever visit this kind of parlour.

I am visiting this salon since the time it started, till today I didn't got any chance of any complaints regarding anything. Even my wife's bridal was well groomed. Staffs and the owner behavior is excellent. I recommend to all Durgapurians atleast they should try once to fall in love with Kreation.

I had the highest hope owing to the amazing reviews I saw online. No doubt the staff is very friendly and the ambiance is also good . No part of the staff's behaviour was off putting but rather very welcoming. The reason I am giving it a one star rating is because my keratin treatment didn't last even after 1 wash . The superficial strands seemed frizzy and it has not even been a month since and my hair is back to the previous state . I can't even put how disappointing this is considering the fact that i have extremely thin hair just below shoulder level , and i had to pay 4k for this fruitless service. I even purchased their recommended shampoo and conditioner that costed me around 2k . Let alone the time and effort lost . No hard feelings against the staff but the take home service was worthless.
