I had a wonderful experience today.... The behaviour and professionalism of the staff was noteworthy. The place is quite hygienic and well-maintained. I would also like to thank Anita for the effort she put in to give me the hairstyle that I wanted.

While the look of the place is good and feels a parlour, the staff needs to be more professional or professional hiring is required. The haircut given was really not what my sister wanted and she will have to get a blow dry every day to hide the bad haircut and in the middle of the pedicure the staff left to do some other work, which is highly unprofessional. The pedicure was okayish but the process was really bad. When we pay the price for professionalism in a good parlour we expect certain services, could have gone to any other local place for this.

Worst experience.....my regular hair stylist assigned me to someone else. Even in waxing they do not change the strips and do dirty waxing. Customer satisfaction is not even in their consideration. Not satisfied at a place where customers come for relaxation.

Yesterday I did highlights from here. Their service is very nice. I'm quite happy with the result. They took good care of the clients. Ms. Soma did my hair.

Recommend for all , Soma di is best beautician and always prefer her suggestions for any kind of treatment and facials . Recently for my bridal package she called skin consultant for reviewing my skin type and what facials will suits best for skin . She is one of the best person nature wise and do her job very well . And this parlor is very good .

I had an amazing and absolutely wonderful experience . They work with high quality products, Rekha aunty did a splendid job with kerasmooth and haircut.. She is definitely an expert here :)

From one of the trusted to worst parlour. Even after having the price mentioned they would charge differently as per their mood . I asked Jeanot facial price from the head she clearly mentioned same as in the chart which was 1560 , but the staff after service asked for 2600 and that too not a proper massage. Today after seeing the 50% offer I asked my friend to call and check the price . They confirmed for Jeannot is 3k and on top 50% discount which comes to 1500 just after that I called them and they told me no discounts on Jaennot. I would not recommend this salon to people because of forgery . I even requested the staff to let me speak with the head pratima they refused . Extremely poor behaviour on top I have been an old customer.
