The Lavish Hair & Beauty Salon

Absolutely terrible experience at Lavish Salon. I went in for a simple hair service and ended up with completely damaged hair. The owner is incredibly sweet on the phone, promising great service, but once you're there, it's a completely different story. The staff is unprofessional and clearly has no experience. The owner herself is rude and abusive when you try to raise concerns. She talks big about her salon and offers discounts, but the products they use are fake and subpar. To top it off, the towels they used on my hair were dirty and unkempt. It's clear they care more about luring customers in than providing any kind of quality service. I would never recommend this place to anyone--avoid at all costs!
