Awsm I come here regularly love this place their service, staff are very polite

I have done haircut from here and my experience is good . All staf are good in behaviour. I want to give one suggestion. If possible please mention this salon as LGBTQ friendly. Because many person are from this community who lives in kalna. We don't feel comfortable to visit every salon for the reason they judge us. So I think this salon can be lgbtq friendly. I want to request respected woner please give eye on it. Thank you.

Service quality satisfying , worth of money

Called Smart Salon,but they don't work,the way they cut customer hair,you can see this photo,it doesn't seem like they are doing any professional work.Does the photo look like it's cut due to any dandruff?That was the excuse they gave for asking them.The bigger name,third class work.Before you go,think twice and don't just go for the big brand names.This happened to someone I know today.Brands should consider how their staff interact with customers.
