First visit was great during last kali pujo. Done facial and haircut, which was wonderful experience with Riya and Namya. But this time it was pathetic. Gone for normal spa and normal facial but spend 3k as they insisted to use other expensive one. Instead of normal spa I did hair treatment which was not listed on their price list also that I didn't know. Another thing is that their QR code price list is not same as their recent price list , this is too unprofessional. Price is also not gst included. Deep was good and so smart and talkative that no one can deny his offers. So he did my dandruff treatment, which was good but quite not necessary that time I think. But worst facial experienced this time.. the girl didn't even use water once while applying the packs. I have dry sensitive skin so I told her also to use water. But she didn't. Post facial no changes in my face or skin instead got irritations due to dry massage. I think it's my last visit to this salon. Really this time I missed the girl named Riya. She was really good at her work. If anyone having her contact number please do send me .

Got my nails done exactly how I wanted and even better. All the staffs are really nice and cooperative. The nails are done by a staff naming Rocky. I am attaching the video to show how beautiful it looks
