I recently visited here and had a great experience! The hair wash with head massage was incredibly relaxing with the staff being gentle and thorough. A guy named Nitesh daa who handled my hair spa with such care and professionalism. They used quality products and my hair felt so soft and fresh afterwards. All the staffs were professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Last but not the least the ambience of the parlour was clean and welcoming, overall a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be coming back.... Thank you so much all of you

Its a one man army show. All the employees are worthless, some are not even well mannered. Too long waiting hours. I genuinely felt harassed. Mr. Thakur though being a great hair stylist, he is highly unprofessional. He attains many customers at a time... causing unacceptable delay and making the experience tiresome. The hair washing experience was good enough and relaxing indeed, hair cut was also great...but nothing extraordinary to tolerate such harassment. I ll never prefer any service further from Bimal's.

Bimal's Hair Studio LUXE is worth 5 Star rated. Staffs are very polite, well behaved and skillful. Bimal ji did my haircut today and made over the whole look, was excellent. Highly satisfied with the services & will come next time for sure.

I had gone there for the first time. Me my wife as well as my daughter. I have done my pedicure my wife cut hair and took such type of hair treatments. Possitive sides are ambience, stuff's behaviour ( specially Nabasri and Jayita) services all rest of all Negative side nothing. I will give 11 out of 10

I have visited recently for haircutting. I booked for Mr. Imraan (sodepur). I must say he is excellent. His work is marvellous. Changed my look but without shortening the hair length. If anybody is failed to get booking for Mr. Bimal Thakur, go for Mr Imraan. Truly amazing experience

I had taken an appointment with them, but still had to wait for 3 hours before I was called. I went there for colouring my hair, staff were very unprofessional. They did a very uneven hair color. The most frustrating part was I got a severe lice infection from there. After my hair color my hair felt very itchy and I had to go to a doctor. I would not recommend going there.

Wanted a deep cleaning Facial for the tan happened over the years. Debasri was good for suggesting right facial. It was refreshing and can see some improvement
