I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. I opted for a nanoplastia treatment in October, lured by their special discount. Unfortunately, the effect didn't last even a single day. The so-called professional blamed it on air touching my hair, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can anyone avoid air in 42-degree summer heat? It's not realistic to sit without a fan in such conditions. I've had nanoplastia and keratin treatments done before at other places, and the results were never this terrible. It's evident that the quality of their service is either substandard or they lack proper expertise in handling hair treatments. Adding to the disappointment, my sister got a layered haircut during the same visit. While it looked decent after their blow-dry and styling, it turned into an absolute mess after the first wash. The layers are now barely visible, and her hair looks more unkempt than before. It's obvious that they focus only on making hair look good for pictures taken immediately after the service, but they don't care about the lasting results. I suspect that due to the special offer, they compromised on the quality of products or assigned inexperienced staff. It felt like the staff was just learning the basics of hair treatments, which is unacceptable for a salon claiming professionalism. This was truly the worst service we've ever received. I regret choosing this place and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their hair. Please don't get lured by the rating. Please.

Today I took service from Bibhash of this salon. His behaviour and service was quite satisfactory.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional to train at.The trainers are so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community they have built hear at gym is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: Nilashish sir, He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Today I have gone to here for hair cutting & Hair beard cutting---All are done by Himangshu Sir with special care. Thanks a lot for great experience & I have totally satisfied for experts service. All of you must go here because special offers are going on many things like hair spa,facial & combo package.

Gym is good, equipment is very good and maintained properly. The trainers are also very helpful. The salon is also good with good service. The only complaint is that the front receptionist, Neha Poddar didn't inform about the different benifits of 1 year package and the diet chart was said to be included but later she changed her statement.
