Umel the family salon

I recently got a L'Oreal hair spa and Lotus facial at Umel the family Salon , and it was a wonderful experience. The place was cozy and relaxing, and the beauticians were skilled and friendly. They also offered me a free haircut and detan, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I loved the service and would definitely visit again!

Worst salon I ever experienced in my life.. local parlours are even better than this! They literally destroyed my long hair. While ironing they were pulling my hair so harshly that a lot of hair broke & now because of there product my hair feels so frizzy. And they were not behaving properly even after taking so much money they were so impatient & harsh towards my hair. Never ever going back to this salon! All services are really good and the behaviour of every stuff is actually very polite...great ambience. I recommend everyone to go Umel salon and back home with a great makeover!!!
