They promised that my hair would remain smooth and straight for 7 to 8 months. I also purchased their recommended products, which included shampoo, mask, and serum for an additional 4,000, as they assured me these products would help maintain my hair. However, after just one wash with their products three days later, my hair returned to its original state. I reached out via WhatsApp, and they invited me to come in for a resolution. I visited again after a week, but the owner's behaviour was extremely unprofessional. He suggested another treatment, which I declined, as I believe two chemical treatments in one week would be harmful. The owner did not acknowledge any faults and was quite rude. I initially chose this salon based on their promotional videos on Facebook and Instagram, but when I mentioned them, he dismissed them and advised me not to trust such content. This raises a question: why create and share those videos if they aren't genuine? Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I have learned that I am not alone; other customers have reported similar issues. I cannot recommend this salon.

I used to visit here for haircuts for me and my son. They are very professional and well behaved. A must-visit for people who wants a Good haircuts or hair style.

Very good artist. Waiting time is long as in puja occasions this salon is very demanding hence if you want then you have to wait atleast 2-3 hours. Operation hours 8 am morning to 1-2 am at night till all client complete.

Great experience the staffs are really good, they take proper care of your comfort. Such a great ambience and the hairstylists are really good, must visit.
